Luxuria Series – uPVC Doors

The Luxuria Series uPVC Doors are designed for premium spaces that require superior strength, smooth operation, and refined aesthetics. Engineered with robust multi-chamber profiles and reinforced structures, these doors deliver excellent stability and performance even for wide and heavy door panels. This series is ideal for modern homes and projects where durability, security, and visual appeal are equally important.

The Luxuria door range is available in DK 60, DK 84, DK 94, and DK 108 systems, supporting configurations such as casement doors, sliding doors, French doors, and large-span openings.

The DK 60 system, with a 60 mm profile depth, is suitable for standard casement and French door applications. It supports sash heights up to 2400 mm and widths up to 900 mm per shutter, with glazing thickness ranging from 5 mm to 32 mm. The recommended maximum glass area per shutter is approximately 2.5–3.0 sq. mtr., depending on reinforcement and hardware capacity. Multi-chamber construction with GI steel reinforcement enhances rigidity, insulation, and secure multi-point locking.

The DK 60 Sliding Door system is designed for compact sliding applications, supporting panel heights up to 3000 mm and widths up to 900 mm per panel. It accommodates glazing up to 18 mm and ensures smooth movement, effective sealing, and long-term durability for balcony and medium-span openings.

For wider openings, the DK 84 system features an 84 mm profile depth and supports panel heights up to 2400 mm and widths up to 1500 mm per panel, with glazing up to 18 mm. Recommended glass area is up to 3.5 sq. mtr. per panel. Aluminium tracks, reinforced interlocks, and heavy-duty rollers ensure smooth and reliable performance.

The DK 94 system, with a 94 mm profile depth, is developed for larger spans. It supports panel heights up to 2700 mm and widths up to 1800 mm, with glazing up to 18 mm. Recommended glass area ranges between 4.0–4.5 sq. mtr. per panel, making it suitable for high-rise and heavy-wind conditions.

The DK 108 system offers the highest load-bearing capacity, with a 108 mm deep profile engineered for expansive openings. It supports panel heights up to 3000 mm and widths up to 2000 mm, with glazing up to 18 mm. Recommended glass area may exceed 5.0 sq. mtr., depending on structural and hardware specifications.

Across the Luxuria Series, all door systems are manufactured using high-quality, UV-stabilized uPVC with advanced multi-chamber designs for improved thermal performance. Steel reinforcement enhances structural strength, while advanced sealing systems improve air tightness, water resistance, and sound insulation (up to 35–40 dB depending on glazing).
