At Durakraft, we operate a modern uPVC profile manufacturing facility for doors and windows, designed to deliver precision-engineered, durable, and climate-resistant profiles with consistent quality. Our production is driven by PLC & SCADA-based automation, where critical process data such as raw-material dosing, temperature, pressure, and output parameters are continuously monitored and recorded. This ensures uniform batch-to-batch consistency, controlled processing, and minimal variation across profiles. Durakraft follows EN 12608 European quality standards, with strict checks at every stage-from raw material inspection to in-process monitoring and final profile verification-ensuring dimensional accuracy, consistent wall thickness, and smooth surface finish. Automated extrusion lines and premium, lead-free raw materials with UV-resistant additives enable reliable performance, long service life, and fabrication-friendly output.
